Who We Are
SWS was built from inside a family-run care home in Taunton, Somerset. Founded by two IT professionals with over 30 years of combined industry experience, we saw first-hand how much difference the right technology makes to daily life in care — and how much disruption the wrong technology causes.
Every solution we recommend is proven where it matters: in a working care home, with real staff, real residents, and real CQC inspections. Our family's home was our first client and remains our proving ground. That's why our advice is practical, jargon-free, and honest — we understand DSPT deadlines, inspection pressure, and the day-to-day reality of running a home, because we live it too.

I have a strong interest in new and emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, and enjoy finding smarter ways to improve efficiency, security, and day-to-day operations.
I believe great IT support should be approachable, honest, and proactive — focusing not just on fixing problems, but helping businesses grow with confidence through technology.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including more than 15 years working within the MSP sector, I've developed a strong passion for technology, problem-solving, and helping businesses get the most from their IT systems. I have a particular interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and enjoy finding practical ways to use technology to improve efficiency, security, and reliability.
I pride myself on being dependable, adaptable, and approachable, with a hands-on attitude and a commitment to continuous learning in the ever-changing world of IT.
